Once you have reviewed it, go to the Strategy Questions (also in Course Content) and answer those questions. 1. What do you think were the strongest parts of the plan and what aspect of strategic planning that you read supports your conclusion?

4. After reviewing the interviews of Chiefs Lanier and Ramsey, how would you incorporate the concepts of “criminal indicators” and “community engagement” into a police department’s strategic plan?

2. Discuss the most common errors in decision making and identify which error is the most common based on your experience within your organization. Please explain your answer.
