You may submit this guidance with reference to a hypothetical company and/or a specific country for this exercise. The summary guidance must also include a clear set of recommendations for staying in compliance with the Law. Specifically, you must demonstrate familiarity (through references, excerpts, citations, quotes, etc.) with the following documents available at the website:
- The FCPA act itself
- Corporate Enforcement Policy (the most recent policy statements/speeches from the DOJ and “Declinations”)
- Related Enforcement Actions (at least two examples from most recently settled cases)
